- NCAHM Mass of Thanksgiving: The Caribbean Catholics of North America are celebrating National Caribbean-American Heritage Month (NCAHM). - The Year of Mercy for persons with disabilities: Born deaf, Redemptorist Father Cyril Axelrod travels the world ministering to deaf Catholics. He was recently in Rome during the opening of the Jubilee of Mercy celebration for the sick and persons with disabilities promoting faith formation and reception of the sacraments for children with disabilities.
